“Our first time here. We were seated immediately even though it was busy. We had Paige as our server, she was great, patient and polite. Paige made some recommendations and they were good. Pasta, shrimp + scallops was plentiful. I left very full. My wife had shrimp and salad, she loved it. We are quite discriminating and didn't know what to expect as it is a rather casual place. Needless to say, we left satisfied. We hope to get back.”

“I recommend the totchos! Those were amazing, I prefer them over the fries. This location is always busy but always fast. They tend to forget the dips so make sure you double check. The food is always fresh and most of the employees are friendly. I had a cashier be kinda rude on my last visit. Hence the 4 stars. But could have been an off day. I wish they would build a location closer to Parrish! PDQ has great 'fast' food for a good price.”

“Great Detroit deep dish pizza. It was our first time there. We ordered an 8-corner deep dish pizza with BBQ chicken. The pizza turned out to be wonderful with fresh mozzarella cheese but not overly greasy. It was well seasoned. The bread was nice and crusted. I would go again when I am in the neighborhood.”

“My husband and I are looking in the area for a new home. We just move from NY. Being a New Yorker we definitely know good Italian food. Haven’t found any good Italian restaurants UNTIL last night. Had the most amazing food at Ortygia. Our waitress, Katrina was a delight. The chef came to our table twice to see how we were enjoying the meal. He was so gracious. We talked about Sicily and he showed me a picture of where my grandparents migrated from. What a special treat for me. Cannot say enough about the food and ambience. Just love it!!!”

“The food gets five stars, easily. My partner got a sandwich, which was made with freshly baked bread and everything was in perfect proportion. Even the olive oil was delicious. The margarita pizza was also very good - the sauce was fantastic. Service wasn't as good. My complaint was that two locals walked in several minutes after us. While we sat ready to order, the server took their order and chatted with them. We ended up waiting over 10 minutes and had to call over the server. Despite that, I will be back. In fact, I will go out of my way to eat there again! The pasta dishes sound delicious.”
