“Hi, Theresa's Restaurant is a little light yellow breakfast, brunch, lunch spot where you can get b'fast the whole time they are open (I love that!). Been there several times, it's right on the edge of downtown, so centrally located for my friends when we get together for lunch. Two things stand out to me. The food is very good, when you get a BLT on white toast the tomato is red, juicy and ripe, the lettuce is crisp and the bacon is fresh cooked, crisp and sticks out the sides, as in plentiful! Yummy! A BLT is one of the things I order to see how much attention is paid to the simple things. It's amazing how many places can mess them up. I was there with six other women and everyone was happy. The other thing that is very very nice is the service. We had a young man yesterday and he was very pleasant and accommodating. He could see we were there for visiting with each other as well as for lunch and he was just perfect, when we needed him he was right there and he never made us feel rushed. Last time I was served with a perfect light touch like that was at a very upscale restaurant in Philadelphia, years ago. While we were there I heard a man come in who said his breakfast was so good yesterday that he had to come back again. Well done, we will be back. Thank you.”

It tasted good but for the amount it wasn't worth it, plus I had to ask for extra sauce on the side because there was hardly any thing to . was still hungry. The pizzas looked good. Maybe I should have ordered a pizza. The house salad that my mother got the side salad that I got was all iceberg lettuce with sparse toppings. There seemed to be only one waitress. It took a little bit to order our food and to even get her attention. I don't think it was her fault for being spread too thin and not being able to cater to her tables properly. My mother had to get up and ask for something twice. Definitely not impressed with this place but it has a cute atmosphere. It was busy. Maybe I didn't order the right dish because it seems like everybody around us ordered pizza. maybe it's more of a pizza joint than anything”

“I always have loved Sage! It's a great place that allows dogs outside. The food is always great, and the waitresses are always friendly. Everytime I have been I get seated fairly quickly but it is worth the wait! Bathrooms are always clean and food is always fresh. I also prefer this location to the one on manatee. My picture contains the eggs Benedict with spinach, tomato and bacon, home fries, fruit, a chocolate chip pancake, and a pomegranate mimosa.”

“If you haven’t been here yet and you are reading this review, just know this: You can find a flavor you like, trust me. What my family did was order the triple scoop combos and literally tried them all. Our faves are Sassy Scotty, Barbie Q, and Dixie Chick. You can order them as scoop or sandwich, comes with crackers or pay for croissants. The sides are great too, love the grape salad and broccoli salad. Staff is always friendly, place is always clean. I just wish they were open a little bit later.”
