Chili's Grill & Bar

Allison is a GREAT bartender . We, my husband and I , unfortunately sat next to very demanding customers who were rude and disrespectful to the bartender. We are regular customers and attempt to come when Allison is working. We find her very attentive, caring and an exemplary employee. Chili's is fortunate to have her as "One of theirs!"

What a great salad my wife and I had for lunch. We both had something different and both said how great it was. The waitress was fantastic.

Better but kitchen still needs to get the timing of dishes figured out. Salad arrive with all the leaves wilted as it was sitting for a while as they awaited additional dishes for the table. Food quality has improved over last time I visit but still waited a long time for food to arrive at the table. Whole experience took over 2.5 hours to get a table, order, eat, pay and get out.

Our server tonight was great. Been a long time since we have had such good customer service. I never had to ask for a refill. She spent time talking with us. All around a great experience (food was good too).

The food was excellent. Warm and served in a timely fashion. My service was a little on the weak side. Our waitress might have had too many tables in her Section. I won't complain that she was bad. Just didn't see her enough in my opinion. But I'll truck that up to being busy. Her service was great. I definitely will be back. It's not the first time I've been here but I definitely enjoy each time I come to Chili's. One of my favorite go-to places when I'm hungry and want a quick meal. The margaritas are great and so is the margarita grilled chicken. I actually purchased a second one to bring home to eat for later!
