    Thoughtful approach to presenting traditional German restaurant food with an updated lightening touch. Graciously enthusiastic owner-host, great draft German beer, and a real feeling of the best of German "gemutlikeit"

    Authentic. Delicious. Great service. Make sure you reserve! It’s a busy little spot.

    Only down side it’s quite expensive. $26.00 for one meal and there isn’t much too it size wise. So for the family to go it’s really too much. Not sure if it’s because of island location or not.

    But yes we would go back.

    Great authentic German food. The best service you could ever ask for, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!

    From a walk off the beach, this German restaurant, located in a strip mall, serves delicious authentic German specialties. The decor and environment are similar to a Munich pub. The beer selections are imported and served in half and full liters. The staff, servers are super engaging and friendly. We preordered the pork shank and roasted duck the day before, as requested. Servings are very generous. This place is sure to satisfy your hunger, while taking a short visit to Germany.

    Good prices. Wonderful service. Good food. We are just visiting Anna Maria Island from another part of Florida for a getaway weekend. Passed this place on the way to our resort and made plans to stop in for dinner one night. We are glad we did.
