Panera Bread

Not sure as it’s fairly new to the area but staff service just need to lighten up be a bit more friendly in comparison to the excellent 5 star service other more established Paneras offer on daily basis consistently. Still a little hit and miss and possible teething problems due to its newness. Huge fan of Panera wherever I am so willing to be optimistic they will improve and prosper.

Food is good. AC blows directly on tables so you get cold quick and so does your food. During high peak times, Panera needs to slow down their internet, so people who are just sitting at tables taking up space will vacate so those people who would like to sit down and enjoy lunch can do so. I witnessed today Six Tables occupied each by one or two people sitting on their laptops. The restaurant was so busy people were having to take their food to go. Panera, wake up and serve your paying patrons.

My chicken noodle soup had zero chicken, not even shreds of it at least. And about three small cut up noodles. Insult to call them noodles though because the three pieces were an inch in size. ???????????? Oh and you don’t put broccoli in your broccoli/cheddar soup neither, And that makes me sad bc I really like it.

Update: YOU GUYS, They have officially added so much broccoli in the broc/cheddar soup. And life is all good again. ????
