Sea Hut

Been by this restaurant literally over a hundred times and have always wondered how it was.went with family from out of town and was very impressed. Excellent waitress,excellent food,and a great atmosphere. Also a couple of nice fish tanks to check some tropical fish out.would recommended making a reservation.

Decided to try on the recommendation from coworkers. While food was great, service and facilities could use improvement. Outdoor seating would have a nice atmosphere if it was upkept. The fans are rusted out and citronella torches were in disrepair. Several of the other diners had to go to their cars for bug spray. Our waitress was hard to track down and two or our three orders were incorrect.

Great seafood and very conveniently located off sunshine skyway bridge and 19. The restaurant is nicely decorated, has an extensive seafood menu and lots of crab items. I had the scallop entree and it was very good. I also had escargot and gator bites. The escargot could have been a little more flavorful but overall wasn’t bad. It had puff pastry ???? on top. The scallops were perfectly done.

Huge delicious menu. Best clam chowder, I have every had! Service was great, atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly. They even had a few fish tanks, the kids loved to see.

Good food and excellent service. Our server was Anna. I had pecan encrusted walleye with fries and Cole slaw. It was delicious! Friend had fried perch, potato wedges and slaw. The perch were plentiful, but not too big, and a little overcooked for my taste. However, friend ate them all. I like the ambiance, of this older dining establish on the bay. Reasonable prices.
