Arby's

I have only ever gotten take out so I cannot comment on the dine in.
That being said I LOVE COMING THROUGH HERE FOR FOOD!!

So many fast food restaurants these days are doing a horrible job. I always have to check my orders and 9 times out of 10 they have something wrong with them. But NOT here!

I have come through various times of the day. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and my orders are ALWAYS correct!!
A big thank you from me and my family!!

Update: I am happy to say that this Arby's does value their customers. I received a call from Christian, the GM. He listened to my story and wanted to make things right. I even got a 2nd call from another team member wanting to make sure I was taken care of. I went back this evening and they redid my order. This time it was great! Thanks Palmetto Arby's! We will be back!

Went to the drive thru eager to try the new Wagyu burger. Ordered one bacon ranch, one regular with cheese, no tomato. Ordered a Beef n cheddar with extra bbq and Horseradish sauce. Had to pull up and wait. No problem. Should have checked the order better. Cold fries, no cheese on the wagyu burger, o er cooked meat.No extra suace at all. Totally disappointed.

This location is newly opened and they have some glitches to work out. I arrived shortly after the advertised opening time of 10AM and was told at the drive through it would be 15 minutes to prepare a order. Another time I tried the brisket which was not warm much less hot. The staff is friendly and seems well trained and the location is clean and easily accessible. I have been back with varying but improving results in food preparation quality. I really do want them to improve because I like Arby's food and this location is within about a mile of my house.

Update: Maybe someone listened to my comments or it is just a continuing process of improvement but I have been back a couple of times since my original review and I have been absolutely satisfied with the improvements. Changing from 3 to 5 stars. Way better than nearby McDonalds, Burger King or Taco Bell (yuck).
