Ferraro's Italian Grille

As usual, another wonderful evening at Ferraro’s. My wife had Chicken Alfredo, I had a “create your own” Stromboli, and my father had liver and onions. Everything was great from the food to the service.

Great home made fresh Italian and favourites. Decor is basic and neat. Service was attentive and friendly. Come for the food and you will leave very pleased.

First, the food was tasty. The cheesesteak sandwich was short on beef compared to another place we visit for lunch. The eggplant sub sandwich was excellent in both quantity and taste. The waitress was good, but food prep was slow. Good food for the price charged.

Food is great! The service was almost nonexistent. I always, always! leave a good tip, but not this time. On a not busy Saturday well after lunch, it was a bit ridiculous. Again, food is delicious though. Just go in with an Italian appetite with patience. Appetizers or salad will be a must. Order your refill when you get your drink and you'll be fine.

Went out to eat at around 6pm on a Friday night as a party of 6 and waited about a little over an hour to be seated (kind of expected for a popular restaurant on a Friday night). Once seated however the wait staff were extremely attentive and helpful and we quickly got drinks and placed orders. Food took a fairly long time to be served but was very good once it came out. You can tell that the restaurant makes their own high quality ingredients because it all tasted extremely rich and unlike anything I have had before. Overall good food but was let down by it's overall extremely long wait times (well over 2 hours from arrival to food) but this could have been expected to some extent.
