Fast service and friendly staff! made the perfect Frappe!

McDonald's on 41 is great they'll match any coupons you have for other hamburger places such as Burger King and Wendy's the other two here in town don't do that the one by the airport know the one on Cortez no way tried it at both places and staff wouldn't take them also this McDonald's will give you a napkin without having to ask

Agree with alot of the reviews. Although their drive through customer service has improved as well as getting orders correct, it shouldn't take major issues occurring to step service up to par. And I'm being extremely non bias considering a employee gave me a hot coffee without the lid on all the way and I was mildly burned and clothing stained. But since then , I have had no further coffee issues.

I don't go for fast food too often, but this McDonald's location is nearby my workplace and is a great place for a quick lunch. Overall, this is a great restaurant in the franchise, and the workers are to be commended.

The location is very clean, and each time I've stopped here, there is a worker who is continually cleaning the dining area. It's a modern venue, too, with TVs, and excellent seating. Much of the time they do not have a cashier inside, and customers use a touch-screen ordering system. Normally I hate these things, but this McDonald's ensures there is a worker available to assist customers with ordering and beyond. They also use a sit-down service; after ordering, take a number and your food is delivered. Nice!

Now, the one downside I've experienced here is that sometimes for the in-restaurant dining, the food can be a bit slow to come out. Granted, this is not horrendously slow. Usually like 10 minutes max. However, it is slower than many fast food places. At least the food is fresh!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this McDonald's and will definitely return. The management here should be very proud of their staff. I am thankful for their efforts and hope that the company rewards them. If each McDonald's had such great workers, the chain would easily crush all competition.
