“This was our first visit to Mission BBQ. It is located on University Parkway in the same shopping area as Kohls and the Fresh Market. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very friendly. You order at the counter and they call your name when your food is ready. We just sat down when they called my name. We had pulled pork sandwiches and made it an XL combo for $4, which added a side and a fountain drink. They serve Pepsi products, lemonade and sweet tea. There was a choice of 6 sauces on each table! We found it very tasty and a perfect portion size. We lived in Memphis for 11 years so we are pretty picky about BBQ! Worth a visit!”

Some of the meals are chicken breast, some thighs and some dark meat and unless you read the small list of ingredients you don't know which. I was very clear today I did not want dark meat I only like chicken breast. I purchase 5 meals and just made one for dinner. I had to spit out the chicken it was chewy. I look at the ingredients and I have Chicken Thighs. I purchased 2 of these. Totally sucks they ALL just say Chicken and are not clear on the packaging. I'm changing to the 5 starts because they were so nice when I brought back the bad ones and they replaced them. Still frustrated that content was not clear but they handled perfectly with awesome customer service.”

“Stopped in on a whim, glad we did, food was absolutely amazing. Had the stuffed mushrooms to start after a recommendation from our waitress, they were amazing, to be honest they looked a little brown and sad on top but the flavor was fantastic and they were very juicy. I had the macadamia crusted grouper and the wife had the flank steak, both were cooked to perfection! For dessert I had the coconut cake and it was one of the best coconut cakes I've had before, not too rich. The wife had a chocolate cheesecake which had all the richness one would want. I got the bye bye blues to drink, and it was not the best drink I've ever had but it looked great, it had a slight medicine taste, but still good.”

“I decided to trust my better judgment after reading a negative review that was left by a person that seems to give negative reviews about every place they have ever visited and decided to give this place a try. I went in and was promptly greeted by their top notch staff. The staff reviewed their menu with me and after ordering I decided to sick around and wait for my carry out order. The wait was about a whole 10 minutes and I got to see the pizza be tossed, topped and then put into the oven. Very clean and inviting place with wonderful food that’s reasonably priced. After brining my food home I was very impressed with the pizza and the quality. I’ve been searching for good pizza in this area for over 3 years and I can say I finally found my “go to” place. I highly recommend anyone that’s considering getting food from here to just do it. You won’t regret it. Even if you’re lactose intolerant, it’s worth it.”

“Been looking for a quality pizza shop in town, and stumbled upon this gem as it's literally right around the corner from where we live. Wish we had found it sooner!! Orders 2 large specialty pies (at only $26! Deall!!!) One white pie, which was incredible, the ricotta sends it home! Also a classic margarita pie. So much fresh basil on it! Both pizzas cooked perfectly (I hate an under done pie!) Crispy with those delightful browned cheese spots all over. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.”

The soup was nice and hot and very fresh, and my shrimp in my Thom Kha soup were cooked perfectly not over or under at all! The eel sushi bowl was very delicious, and I felt the portion of eel was very generous/well worth the price of the entrée. The crazy noodle with pork was very delicious, we loved the sauce and the noodles were perfect consistency. The dedication page in the front of the menu was touching to read, because you get to learn the history of the chef and how hard she worked to get here and how she has been cooking since a little girl in Bangkok. There is definitely love in this cooking!!! Coming from a chef myself I might add, so take my word and give this restaurant a try”
