County Line Smokehouse Belleview

We went to the belleview location tonight, calm atmosphere and delicious food. My husband got the brisket cooked perfectly, I got the ribs and they did not disappoint fall of the bone tender and so flavorful. My 6 month old also enjoyed the ribs. Good service we will definitely be back. One bbq sauce selection and it’s really good.

I'll be honest and scathingly so at that.
We ordered the chips and queso appetizer first and they were out ot tortilla chips and were willing to substitute French fries so that was kind of them and the French fries were fantastic. The fries were the absolute best part of my whole meal. The queso tasted like canned queso it was OK. For my dinner I ordered the pulled pork with beans and coleslaw for sides. The pulled pork was cold and was incredibly dry which was a shame because the meats quality was great but being dry and cold made it no good for me. The beans had pulled pork in them and tasted nice. The coleslaw was absolutely the worst coleslaw I have had in my life. I really like coleslaw so I was quite sad about that. The sweet tea was good I prefer sweeter but it was good quality. They only had one kind of BBQ sauce so I felt disappointed at that because the BBQ sauce wasn't very good for a sweet one.
All in all the food was okay at best. The servers were nice and polite and prompt. They were understaffed but those working were nice. It was an okay experience hence the 3 stars.

The wings were great and the mac n cheese bowl was to die for. Highly recommend!
