Traveling south on 75, decided to pull off door to the storms and grab a bite to eat. Great services and great food! Had the molcahete which was excellent!

Food was outstanding. Service was horrible. It wasn't very busy, many empty tables and there were plenty of servers. The server that I had was absolutely horrible. Short guy in his twenties?

The food was great. How disappointing about the service.

First off, it was Cinco de Mayo, so it was busy! Chips & salsa need some flavor improvement. Chips had no taste & salsa was flat too. Service was a little slow, but food was tasty! Asked server twice for extra napkins...he brought ONE extra for each of us each time. 🙄 one extra napkin did not really help with the taco juice on my hands! Ordered the large margarita, was a bit pricey at $19, but it was very good. Will give it another chance soon.

It seemed expensive, but I went to try their $1.99 tacos on Tuesday.
The chicken was horrible. No flavor except bad flavor. I didn't finish it.
The ground beef was just okay and needed salt and maybe some more taco seasonings.
The tacos not consistent as far as filling goes. Some were more empty than anything.
Pedro, the server, was nice as with the other staff.
I can't see coming back really.
It's 8 bucks for rice and beans!
One half filled taco and rice and beans is 10 bucks.
9 bucks for a shot of well tequila.

Service this third time was awesome. They continue to exceeded my expectations. This time I appear to have ordered a Carne Asada. I attached a second photo for this meal. It was delicious but I was hoping for the flour coated fried steak. I also got a poblano pepper with the meal. It was still delicious. The pitcher of margaritas helped.

From my first visit: From the minute I walked in the door I was overwhelmed by the restaurant's size and the modern decor. We were immediately greeted by what appeared to be warm homemade chips and salsa at the table. The food was excellent that I believe exceeds other similar restaurants in Ocala. I had the steak milanesa. I have attached a photo of the plate. They have ample parking that accommodates large pickups. Access is easy off US 27. The only area for improvement is the staff is new and they appear to be working out the kinks. Don't let that stop you from visiting because the food is awesome.
