    Slow service even though enough wait staff. I will say I loved the Loaded Philly burger. Fries were done to perfection.

    Easter Sunday. There was a bg crowd and long wait to be seated, but I know staff was busting their butts. Food was tasty and hot.

    I usually love IHOP. They are usually consistent so I gave them 3 stars recognizing past experience... but today they took forever and then the food arrived cold. It was terrible. I was so disappointed. Dropping forty bucks shouldn't leave such a bad taste in your mouth.

    The line outside the door was very long but the staff did a great job getting people seated quickly. Our server was prompt and courteous. All you can eat pancakes!! Our food was very good and our server checked on us several times. We have eaten here many times and will be back!

    It's a good place if you are in the mood for pancakes love the different syrups. They do have other things to eat besides pancakes. Great place to take the kids.
