Let’s Eat Fresh catered the Louisiana Club of The Village’s annual Mardi Gras ball last night for 465 guests. The clubs 5 member board had a tasting with 3 different caterers before selecting Let’s Eat Fresh, without question we made the right choice. Maria, Rosaria, and their staff did a phenomenal job. Most importantly, the food was hot, plentiful, and delicious. The attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The tables were beautifully set and the buffet tables looked elegant with the silver serving pieces. They even added a few Mardi Gras decorations to the buffet tables. As a board member, I received numerous comments from guests about how good the food was. I know how difficult it must be to cater such a large crowd but Let’s Eat Fresh and their staff made it look easy. Would we use them again?......absolutely.

Awesome commissary great help for food truck business

I have been ordering weekly meals from Rosaria and her mom for a while now. I swear they are the best!!! My husband and I are very picky and like good organic home cooked meals, and for us to be ordering all the time means that they are the best. Hands down!
