Latinos y Mas Restaurant

I'm giving three stars because I've been here before and loved it. However, this most recent experience was not good. We waited over an hour and a half when we were told the wait would be 45 minutes. We waited much longer than anticipated for our food to arrive after ordering, and when it did arrive, it came out incomplet. My friend's salad had a rather long gray hair in it. We did make a complaint and we did have to send food back. Once the food was correct, it did taste good. However, we were told a manager would be coming by our table to speak to us and that never happened. We were not apologized to, nor were any of the issues addressed in any way. I used to love this place, but this experience will make it difficult to want to go back.

Fantastic, authentic Hispanic food. Huge servings. Free chips and salsa while you wait. Drinks aren't very strong in my opinion but I suppose they never are at restaurants

Edit: Went there again recently and the margaritas were even better than last time.

Upscale casual restaurant with a family friendly atmosphere. Their paella is on point with all the flavor and meats you should expect. Always satisfied with the portions, and the service has always been prompt and courteous.

Definitely skews toward the higher end of the price range per person, but the food is worth it and it's well worth it as a date night destination.

My husband and I have been eating at Latinos for many, many years and it’s always been one of our favorites. Last night our son choose to celebrate his 9th birthday there and had the best experience. Our server Jacob was so nice and efficient. He made a point to wish our son happy birthday and bring over people to sing without us even asking. When we left my son said wow mom he was a really great server.
