Better than I thought it'd be. I can't wait to go back now, it was great. HOWEVER, you guys need a fresher supply of lettuce. It looks gross and I didn't want to even choose it for my bowl.

One of my go to lunch places. An absolute lifesaver when I was doing Whole30. You've probably been here already, but if you haven't, it's your usual burritos or bowls in a southwestern style of flavor. Generally really fast service, though sometimes they get slammed during peak hours. If you need to quickly pick things up, I'd suggest ordering ahead with their app.

To start off with, the food was very good as usual. It was fresh, hot and made correctly. The problem I had was with the mobile ordering. I placed my order and close a pickup time for 18 minutes later. I arrived a few minutes early and waited for my order to be taken to the pickup shelf. Five minutes beyond my pickup time I asked about my order and it turns out the completed ones were on a counter behind a wall, slightly out of view. However my order wasn't one of those. It was one of about a half dozen orders hanging off of the printer that nobody was checking. A few of them should have been completed 15 minutes before mine. However once it was seen what was going on, my order was made quickly, and they proceeded to catch up with the others

The food is consistent. Unfortunately, over the past year, food pricing has increased significantly. ALWAYS a long line.... they need to figure out how to streamline and make their orders more efficiently. They'll make phone and online orders before yours, while you're in line. But food is tasty and a good size..... one of the better fast casual restaurants to go to.
