Love, love, love this place. The bowls and shakes are AMAZING!! If you’re looking for a great, nutritious meal or snack on the go, Brick and Iron Cafe does not disappoint. My personal favorite is the peanut butter protein shake and any of the açaí bowls. ❤️ For this working mom, their meals have been a lifesaver.

I love EVERYTHING! The smoothie bowls and muscle meals are delicious. They help keep my eating on track! My kids think their smoothies are milk shakes, which is awesome because it’s a way I sneak greens into their diets to keep them healthy! Spark is my favorite pick me up instead of a sugary caffeinated beverage!! This place rocks!

I absolutely love this place! By far the best smoothies and protein bowls around. Locally owned, and the owner is AMAZING. If there’s a smoothie you’re thinking of, she can probably make it for you. My absolute FAVORITE is the chocolate peanut butter. Just the right amount of all the flavors and absolutely delicious. Looking something a little more exotic, I recommend “The Ted”.
