Jax Snappers Fish and Chicken

Went here once and going back today. The catfish is so good and the chicken. I love the lemonades. Get it mixed with all of them,trust you won't regret it. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 stars is because the conch was horrible. Being that I love conch and know how it should taste,it was disappointing. Hard and like rubber. Get the boom boom sauce. So good

Wanted to try this spot because I saw they had a lamb & rice bowl. It was so flavorful & cooked perfectly. I also tried the mozarella sticks. Not sure what cheese is used in them, but they were very flavorful. I also tried the Lemonade & sweet tea which was really good.

This is the best deep fried fish experience in Ocala! No atmosphere, usually a take out establishment but the food is stellar.

Had the catfish, shrimp and conch today. Excellent. You must eat these treats at the time they give it to you. The crunch is outstanding. Don’t hesitate to get the chicken livers too

Just a treat for those cravings for fried fish

First I have to say I had this restaurant’s food for the first time via a Grubhub order. So I can’t say anything about the staff or environment, but the food that I had delivered was pretty good. We got a gyro, a lamb and rice plate, catfish nuggets, fries and mozzarella sticks that we didn’t actually order (I ordered cheese fries and they sent mozzarella sticks instead which wasn’t a big deal). Everything was good and the portions were pretty large. You really need to like fried food to appreciate this place but overall, I would return if I get a fried food craving.
