Pepe's

Hot queso dip is awesome. Food is great. Staff is very friendly and food came out quickly. Limoncello drink is outstanding.

We have lived in Ocala for three years. Pepe’s is our number one place to eat. We love Mexican food and this restaurant serves authentic dishes.
It is delicious and affordable. I am vegan most of the time and can easily adjust my food plan with their foods.
We go so much that we love the people that serve us. They feel like family!! Love this place!!

You enter through a Latin American supermarket that specializes in Mexican fare, though this is by the by.
Walk around the register and into the restaurant, it’s always been busy but not packed when we’ve gone in. The staff could not have been warmer or more welcoming.
The menu is extensive and has all the things you know and love. And some things you may not have seen (unless you are Mexican or an aficionado).
The portions are more than enough, you should not need a box unless you fill up on the nachos and salsa they put on your table when you sit down. It is worth ordering the cheese dip to go with this but go easy or you’ll ruin your appetite for the main. The juices are worth a mention, sweet and flavorful, I pick one I’ve never tried before and have yet to be disappointed.

Pepe's is great Mexican bodega with a restaurant in the back that serves authentic Mexican food and tortillas made in house. Hard to find items can be found at Pepe's.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and great food.
We visit often and are greeted like friends not customers. Food is always fresh and the portions are generous. You must try their margaritas... simply amazing.
