The Firey Chef was an absolute JOY to work with. I hired them for my wedding which was taking place in our backyard. My husband, myself, and our guests (100+) have some serious dietary restrictions. I worked with Heather directly to create our menu and she was the most pleasant and organized person.

We are extremely picky with ingredients and sourcing. Heather and Felix had no issues sourcing organic chicken, wild grouper and mostly local or organic ingredients beyond our main dishes. They even handmade the tortellini, which was fantastic. They made everything from scratch and it showed! Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. Also important to note that they showed up on time, left everything squeaky clean and stored everything in the fridge after everyone was done eating. We enjoyed the leftovers for a few days after the wedding and it was a lifesaver!

Wonderful experience in our home provided by Chef Felix. An expertly prepared meal for 8, including two delicious appetizers, fresh salad with choices of scratch made dressings, 14 oz. Ribeyes for each, garnished with an incredible mushroom sauce. Sides included garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetable medley. Totally stuffed and so very satisfied, how could we possibly consider desert? Well…. We did. It was a selection of “desert shots” , light and delicious, of which we all enjoyed to the very end. Noreen and I were happy to host this experience in our home and are already discussing the next one. Thank you Chef Felix!

The Fiery Chef offers ready to eat meals that are absolutely delicious and are super helpful when you don’t have time to cook. They also offer freezer sales that are a great chance to stock up for the upcoming week and month. I highly recommend them!

Attended a wedding yesterday - catering by The Fiery Chef. As soon as I knew this I couldn’t wait for the dinner to be served ! The food by Chef Felix and team has always been superb. For the event yesterday we had Prime Rib, mashed potatoes , mixed vegetables , pasta side , yummy dinner rolls. For the kids they did Mac-n-cheese with chicken tenders. The food was amazing!! especially the (cooked perfect) prime rib 😻
