    I was able to visit the Grilled Cheese Emporium today during an event at our community. The Tomato Bisque was outstanding, the service was excellent, and Jeremy was so personable. I would highly recommend The Grilled Cheese Emporium to anyone looking for a fabulous food truck experience.

    They came to Brick City Bark Park for an event yesterday and I was craving some grilled cheese! I was recommended The Mexican sandwich and it was amazing!! The flavor, the cheese pull, the crispiness of the sandwich really made the experience. I'm really looking forward to seeing them around town and I hope to have my family with me next time 😀

    Jeremy saved the day! I had a food truck cancel last minute and Jeremy came and setup for my community event! The grilled cheese sandwiches were delicious! Everything was top notch! We can't wait to have you back at our community!

    I own a business for which we bring in food trucks for events from time to time. When faced with a late cancellation from a local food truck, we reached out to The Grilled Cheese Emporium. They saved the day! Not only were they able to accommodate our event on short notice, but the food was incredible and the owners provided amazing service.
