Miss Billie needs a raise! She's a blast on good days and treats me extra better on my bad ones.

I know the Wawa stores from Orlando, Richmond, and the Philly/Atlantic City area. This one is my first visit to Ocala. Unfortunately the store is inferior to the other ones primarily due to lack of stock. I've noticed numerous items either not available at all or sold out at this location. Customer service and the sandwiches are fine but disappointed with the lack of stock. It seems like Ocala is not known for its food so Wawa knows it can provide a slightly lower quality product but still dominate the competition. Kinda sad but I get it. I know deep down Wawa is in it for the money (just like any other profit business) but still love their food.

I used to work here and quit pretty abruptly. Everytime i came in I dreaded it because some of the employees i worked with made me feel so uncomfortable about leaving the company. That is until I came in this morning and was helped by the manager who hired me. She made me feel as welcome as any guest. I so appreciate it.

Wawa hasn’t disappointed me yet. Great customer service and amazing subs.
