Ethan grill

We drove through a terrible summer thunderstorm and flooded roads to get to Ethan’s tonight ( from Jupiter) , and it was totally worth it!!!
The German food was delicious. My friend had the Rouladen and said it was delicious, her husband had a pork special and loved it . I ate the Jager Snitzel ( can’t spell it ) and the cream mushroom sauce was fabulous as were the sides of potato salad and red cabbage. My husband had another type of snitzel( spelling) and loved it!
We started our meal with one of their German beers , my friend had the Bloody Mary ... that she said was really good and the delicious potato pancake appetizer that easily served 4 people as well as the wonderful soft pretzel and sweet mustard sauce.
Our waitress, Demi , was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The owner greeted us at the door as we came and left and stopped in at our table to check on things.
The atmosphere here is so warm and friendly and the food so delicious that we will make this restaurant a regular stop for us.

Wonderful menu and the food was fantastic. Service was friendly and spot on. We had the pretzel and smoked salmon, just delightful. My stuffed shrimp were perfect! The rest of our group had goulash, beef tips and jager schnitzel and everyone was full and happy at the end of the meal.

Food is delicious and filling. Wait staff friendly. Prices a bit steep, entrees don’t include a salad for the long wait we had. A few mistakes made with the order but was corrected by waitress. Atmosphere nice and quiet for conversations. Outdoor patio, pet friendly.

All I can say is simply amazing. If you're into authentic and I mean real authentic German (I have loved in Germany and I can say this this food is genuinely authentic German food) then this is the place you should. No. Need to go. Like I said simply amazing. Only complaint I have is its busy and the bathrooms are single person use only so not very prepared for a lot of people but they have great seating very private and separated seating. Even with these issues I still give it a 5/5 because of the authenticity and quality of the food.
