Love this shop! Workers are always nice

Most of the time I do not have a problem. Today the woman that took my order seemed to be unhappy and easily frustrated by simple questions, could hear her sighing and her tone sounded irritated. The food I ordered was out of stock; however I paid and THEN they told me. The man apologized and put extra bacon which was nice, but I wish I had knew before paying. I could hear both talking in the background about other things and usually this wouldn’t bother me, but if their venting is taking away from the quality of the food I order, that’s a problem. I then opened my sandwich to find they did not listen to my request, putting the wrong bread...not what I asked for. Disappointed with my experience today. I’ll probably go back due to location/convenience but I expect management to help train their staff more to help them feel comfortable with speaking with the public and with listening to their requests. Mistakes happen, but consistent kindness can among staff goes a long way.

Pretty new DD so staff still learning. Always great coffee products and atmosphere here is very nice with one couch area, several booths, tables and chairs. Very clean and service very pleasant.

Love their food and planning an event for 25 women so I plan on ordering the breakfast sandwiches to go on the day of event. It was great to speak to an employee to plan ????????
