Chili's Grill & Bar

I've been a frequent customer at chili's for several years, this location is one of my favorites. I recently came here on November 29,2021 and the server was respectful and welcoming. She remembered my order and the orders of my family members. However, the main meals were served before the appetizers. The main meals were served in portions as opposed to a whole. Which was the first time that I experienced this at chili's. Secondly, we waited more than 20 minutes for the appetizers and the meals. Also , certain customer's meals were served prior to ours and these were customers that entered the restaurant after us. Overall, the experience was good but I would simply recommend better serving, because appetizers are supposed to be served prior to the main meals and meals should be served completely not in portions.

I enjoying going to chills.. but I really think that restaurants need to remember that when customers sit a glass of water should be provided. I had to request for water after my drink order. Then request the free chips for signing up to then be charged the chips. I order a 6oz sirloin and I basically receive a small piece of skirt steak since that's what it tasted like. We also ordered the fajitas to request topping since our waiter wasn't aware why he didn't bring them out with the food. After we paid he came and finally started waiting on us. Wow we might as well order and get our own food..I don't blame the waiter I blame the management that just doesn't train employees. But hey poor chills they need the money more then their staff does.

Great atmosphere!... service was good 👍 and food. Just that on a busy day or night be prepared to wait a while for a table (like 30min). Luckily I had a large group with me and we was seated quickly 🤗. Thanks for a great experience.🥳🥳😌

Took long to get serviced, food was good though
