Sushi Siam

Sushi was OK. Salmon skin hand roll (temaki) had too much sauce on it, was a messy dish, tasted good though. Tuna roll wasn't great. Fried JB roll was OK. Salad was OK. There are better sushi restaurants than this. I won't be coming back.

Haven't been in a while maybe two years but decided to go for Hibachi this past Friday Nov 5/21.
We Ordered Hibachi Salmon and Hibachi steak and chicken and despite that the food was consistent in quality and portion size, gave a three stars for a few reason :
1-Website says that the restaurant is closed. Reported it to Kevin ( manager ?) who took my reservation and his answer was, oh Yes we haven't updated the website not sure why a business owner doesn't care to much to correct that RIGH AWAY . Restaurant was very empty.
Seem that only half of the restaurant was operating .

2- Our Hibachi chef, Mike , seem to be down and didn't not want to interact with the patrons at all. I have known him for years and that's not how he normally is. He has a great personality but not Friday. Something was off with him , but again is after pandemic and some people may be going through difficult times .

3- The restaurant seem to be with in need of more help /waiters .... the person in the front door , maybe manager, could give a hand but he was detached of the inside situation.

Very pleasant place. Service is great. Food is tasty, very good portions. Recommended!
