Very well organised and welcoming place. They provide large meals and for economical rates. I loved the meals very much and the waiters were super amiable and chatty. Will definitely recommend this spot.

They recently changed the brunch format, unfortunately, I must say it was a downgrade to the Grand style it had before. The ambiance is lovely though! The views spectacular!

Dined for brunch for my birthday in November. The ambiance is super nice. They even did a birthday dessert for me which was awesome. They only reason they get 3 starts was for the underwhelming brunch food. At 90$ a person it is not worth it at all. The unlimited mimosas and bellinis totally are. Your glass is never empty. I wish they would improve the buffet :/

    Exceeded our expectations!
We were served by Eduardo (Fontaine restaurant), high class professional and nice person. As to us he reflects the Biltmore image. We think he deserves the encourage from the management.
In addition many thanks to the Chief: steaks were delicious!

We loved the old world charm and international ambiance. The food is good, not over-the-top great, but made better by the variety of tasty options that cover almost everything you can imagine wanting for brunch. If you like champagne, just ask your server to keep it coming and our glass was automatically refilled. Some people consider the brunch to be pricey, but the champagne alone would quickly equal the cost of the buffet at many restaurants for lesser champagne. The deserts are quite good and the chocolate fountain a real treat. Some would fairly say that it is a pain to have to trudge to the bar for a bloody Mary (several flavorings) or mojito, but I think that's just being bratty. We had a great time wandering around the golf course and poolside after filling ourselves at the buffet. I would say that if you are a fan of this type of ambiance, you will enjoy this place.
