Everything was great but next time u guys need to mention that you guys have platter meals too

I held my son's 4th birthday party here last Saturday. He had a great time, the service was good and I had no complaints. Unfortunately he got sick afterwards. He was diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth disease. To the parents, if your child is sick DO NOT bring them to a place like this until they are better or you'll risk other children getting sick, as my son did. I was so happy with how his party turned out and now I am so disappointed.

Edited on October 19th: I contacted Chuck E Cheese to let them know what had happened. They expressed their concern for my son and sent him a package with some gifts. I am very happy with how they responded and handled the situation. My son is fully recovered and is so happy with the gifts they sent him. As I stated before, as parents we need to do better and make sure that we do not bring our kids to an environment where there will be a lot of children if they are showing any signs of being sick.

Kids always have a blast. Love the new concept of paying for the time instead of individual tokens.

I liked that they made sure that the group of us who came in together also all left together. It is a nice safeguard.

The pizza was good. The cost of the play card was reasonable. And you can pause the time while you stop to eat. The kids really had fun.

On the downside, the person playing Chuck E was pretty lame and didn't show any enthusiasm.

It would also help if there was an attendant walking the floor. Instead, I had to stop playing games to go to the counter to find an attendant when there was an issue with tickets not disbursing.
