A new concept from the same team behind Dr. Limón. The chef was inspired by street food in Northern Peru ( I think Chiclayo) and childhood memories to create this casual eatery. Authentic, delicious and friendly, a different twist on Peruvian food and a welcomed addition to the now thriving Doral food scene. I had a little argument about the causa (some blackened avocado), but nothing that ruined my overall great experience. Not the usual ginormous portions you find in other Peruvian restaurants and a little bit pricey, but what is not nowadays in Miami Dade. A must try, good service, and the highlight was the rice, what an unique favor profile! Some adjustments to be done, but nothing that time won't fix.

I started with a delicious and fresh Passion fruit sangria. It was good although a bit too sweet for my taste. Then I had, what I think is one of the best plates ever; Muchame: which is a cured tuna with tomatoes, Peruvian corn, and avocado. All these are supposed to be eaten with the crakers that they brought me because the taste is better, and it was simply marvelous. I loved it so much!!!

Then I had their Poke Bowl and this was one of the most delicious and satisfying poke bowls I have had. With quinoa, Corvina fish, edamame, carrots, Peruvian corn, and their wonderful aji sauce, which was not spicy but tasty!!

Everything was so fresh at this Peruvian beer bar located in Doral, where their service was beyond pleasant, I noticed how they were extremely nice and attentive with everyone, not only me.

I end up my lunch with their authentic and good dessert; their croissant pudding served with a caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream on top! Delightful.

Parking was free at the ample and comfortable shopping center's parking lot.

Great New place in Doral. Service is great. And so is the food.

Nice portion. The ceviche was fresh. It came with A few pieces of fried calamari, which was very crunchy. The flavor of the ceviche was good. The waiter was attentive. Definitely coming back to try out the other items on the menu.
I liked the decoration too.
