Please come and taste the food in this resturant!! Tonight I had the an exquisite flambe ribeye steak that was out of this world!! The impeccable service was provided by Carlos Gomez who went out of his way to provide us with top notch service and attention. Bravo Carlos you made our night incredible once again!!!

Saw this restaurant as part of the Miami Spice special and took a chance - so glad we came. All the servers were very courteous and provided great service. The food was delicious and filling. The course even came with a nice glass of wine.

Nice place. Great Argentine meats and presented to the table with fire. Desserts:boom!

Fuegos del Sur is located in the place Olivo’s used to be, and that one was a favourite of mine, specially on Sundays.

The change was a pleasant surprise, while the atmosphere is not as fancy as before, the food is still top notch (I only tasted the Sunday brunch) and all the staff was very friendly.

Two minor points: Now they have lamb as an option on the meats table, but being a strong meat and somewhat fatty, it must be really warm, otherwise it will not be as good it can be. Temperature was a bit colder than ideal for me, but, nevertheless it was soft and tasty. Another minor item was the abscense of labels on the hot meals trays, so opening each one to check it out was necessary.

As I mentioned, nothing terrible and all in all a great experience and I hope they keep the good work.
