Positano Ristorante

I came to Positano for lunch and was underwhelmed. It is a small establishment with a homey feel - plenty of authentic dishes and staff to match. Our waiter made us feel special by speaking in both english and Spanish, as well as teaching us a few terms in Italian. I was suggested a "Ragu" which had Paccheri al dente with red sauce and a short rib topping. It was decent, though the meat was very small, and the chef even brought me out another piece. I was disappointed when I saw the check. All of our plates were small, lacking the impressiveness of the establishment and the staff, which was sad. I had initially wanted a fettuccine, but the cheese bowl was moldy and there was no alternative. The service did not make up for the overpriced dishes. 7/10

The spot is awesome and broad, the menu was enchanting and the rates were very reasonable. quickly, productive service and very friendly staff members. Recommended.

Loved the truffle raviolis and the beef carpaccio!

Excellent & delicious authentic Italian Dishes cooked by the restaurant owner. Must try the Ravioli filled with Porcini Mushroom in a Truffle & Champagne Sauce and the Ravioli filled with Gorgonzola and Pear in a creamy Pistachio Sauce.
