“First, the food is great. Very delicious and the wings were juicy and cooked just right. The door flavors we tried we all delicious, I enjoyed the Louisiana rub and the garlic Parmesan the most. On just the wings I would give it 5 stars for sure! Cleanliness of dining room and restroom was just okay. Unfortunately the family friendly music in the dining room was drowned out by some much less family friendly music blasting out of the kitchen.”

The Denny's in Homestead and Florida City is on the way to the Florida Keys it has the modern diner motif with the full menu. Plenty of parking in right on US1 in a really good neighborhood. “The restaurant is very clean and newly updated. The food is consistently good. Only problem was the staff was having a personal conversation about childbirth while we were waiting at the counter. They had their backs to us, and even though they knew we were there, finished their conversation for about two minutes while we waited. Not a huge deal, but we should have at least been acknowledged while we waited.”

“This is an especially busy location as it's one of the last places to eat before a long stretch of emptiness toward Key Largo, so wait time was rather long (about 20 minutes). They need some kind of corral set up in the front to direct the flow of customers so that people waiting for their order are not all bunched up by the front where the Fountain soda units are and leaning up against the Cutlery/Condiments table. Anyone wanting to fill their cup or grab a napkin, has to ask people to move so they can access them. The service was about average for what you'd expect for fast food. The only complaint was one of their Fountain soda units had no ice and was just spitting out seltzer without the syrup for Coke. Luckily, there was a 2nd Fountain soda machine.”

“This place is awesome. This local spot is the only place in the area that I know that focuses on CRAFT beer which I really enjoy. Staff is always friendly and seems to do their best to help you out. This place is more expensive than others around here but, they are serving Craft beer which is by nature pricier. If you're looking to have a wide variety of good beer, this is the place to go. We've had the opportunity to meet and talk to the owners and they're real cool people that love craft beers.”

“If you're looking for a great bakery, this is it! My visit to this bakery was unplanned as I was going to the store next door to wax my eyebrows. As soon as I walked inside, the smell was amazing and I knew that wanted to try at least something. The baker is so sweet and welcoming. She told me she was baking coconut cake and I was surprised because I tend to get nauseous with coconut smells but it didn't happen this time. She provided me with a piece of the cake to try and I loved it! I was surprised once again because I avoid anything coconut. I saved a piece for my mom to try because it tasted delicious. I ended up getting a tamarind pie so I could share at home. I have never eaten something I bought so fast. The tamarind pie was delicious. This is the first time I buy something just based off the smell, especially as I don't really eat too many sweet things, but I'm so glad I decided to stop and buy something. I know for a fact that I will go back and try other pies from this bakery.”

“Extensive menu that worried me for it's size, but the good was very good. The shrimp were huge and perfectly cooked in the shrimp scampi. The angel hair pasta was also well done being not to al dente nor overcooked. The house salad was fresh if not overly exciting in regards to ingredients and the balsamic vinaigrette was flavorful and the perfect touch. Add a very nice wine selection only costing $8 a glass, and you have a classic American Italian meal that hit the spot. All in Florida city.”

“As the name implies, Top Taste Jamaican Restaurant really does provide top taste. While I have only been here one time, I can say without hesitation, the food here is to die for. I ordered the brown stew chicken with rice and peas and I haven’t stoped raving about it since. The chicken was tender, packed with flavor, and the sauce was scrumptious. Top Taste is a small, homey place, that lacks the space of an eat in restaurant, but let me tell you, it is as authentic as it gets when it comes to Jamaican food. I haven’t had Jamaican food this good since the last time I went to Ocho Rios and had oxtail. If you’re looking for authenticity, mouth watering food, and reasonable prices, Top Taste is the place.”
