One word. Amazing ! Talk about perfect location too right next to a gym. This small family owned business is all about nutrition. They offer a wide range of protein shakes to any of your likings p. They add other supplements to your shake if need be such as L- Glutamine. Good prices for healthy meal selection. They also offer a meal plan were you pay $ 45 a week they meal prep for you. Very kind staff that make you feel part of your family. Highly recommend if your looking for a healthy alternative lunch or a great meal after a hard workout.

After working out I stop here for a refreshing smoothie or a delicious meal. They also have meal prep available here which is a win win. Cook daily and no oil used!!! Everything is so good here!!! I love coming here.

Had a king kong smoothie and lemon garlic fish. Both were filling and at a good price. Not overly spicy or bland. Just right. Will recommend for those looking for high protein meals
