    Food and service is excellent!!! I would just be careful on tipping double... check your receipt when they ask you if you want to leave a tip

    I have only had one bad experience here with customer service but other then that, good experience. The food is really good and the atmosphere brings you back to a time when you were little kid back in your country. You can sit out side or they have a inside area. The parking is little of mess as its limited, so be patient the food is worth it in my opinion.

    I visited Casa Maiz this week and the place and its food was so good that I had to come back for more. Food is homelike and delicious, with a lot of options. Staff was friendly and parking was available even at lunch time. I didn't try the grill outside but smelled really good. Best Cuban food in Hialeah!!
