    Great donuts but the Hialeah location always seems to have an issue with inventory. The "HOT" light was on yet they said they were completely out of glazed donuts. How is that possible?

    The hot light always seems to be on at this place! Can't beat hot and fresh glazed donuts. The staff is always so nice. Only thing is that they don't have a very large variety of flavors.

    One of the best customer service experience ever received. The kindness, attention, professionalism, and quality of goods was truly outstanding. Wish more places were like this. A special thanks to the manager and staff for going out of their way for my order and needs.

    Donuts are always delicious! Just wish there was more varieties. No problem with in-store service. Place is clean and well-maintained. There is some sofa type chairs seating with a small side table attached NICE! Prices are okay in my opinion.
