(August 2, 2019, 10:56 pm)Cuban sandwich juicy delicious!!! Customer service fast and very friendly. Multiple options of tropical food and good prices. Comfy and colorful interior design. Cleaned and employees with uniforms and proper shoes. It is inviting place to eat with free WiFi.

(July 7, 2019, 2:19 am)Good food (as expected from Pollo Tropical), and staff are quite nice. However, the drive thru lines always take very long (up to 45 minutes at its busiest) and service is really slow. Please fix.
