    Food is usually good like 90-95%of the time, but customer service is terrible. They never acknowledge the customer, the staff barely speak English if any at all. When you tell them i don't speak Spanish they still insist you do or again staff don't know how to speak English. Staff is not cross trained

    Food is wonderful. Drive thru is long. I would give 5 but they never get the condiments right.

    Edgar at drive-thru is fantastic! Funny and helpful. Other than that, the food is good like any other Pollo Tropical lol.
