Ambersweet

Had brunch here with the boys. Wasn’t sure what to expect really, but I must say they have a lovely atmosphere. The brunch menu was very specific but had something for each palette.

Miami is always beautiful but it's good to be in the right hotel.
Dining at Ambersweet Restaurant was a wonderful experience. We were especially welcomed by General Manager Pascal and we felt incredibly well taken care of.
My wife was surprised with a teddy bear in the coffee from her breakfast that the Argentinian Barista made for her, we have never seen anything like it! Thanks!!!

The staff were amazing. Best steak I've ever had. The cheese plate was amazing. The size of the meals were perfect. Absolutely amazing meal and evening. Worth every single penny.

I am very happy we ate here! An amazing Chef, Rachel created the best menu of what I would call designer dishes from the drinks with rose shaped rosewater cubes to the reduction and sauces that topped every dish creating a total pop of flavor in every bite, made this an EXPERIENCE that my group will remember forever. And we will be back, you can count on that.

My boyfriend and I had the perfect dinner experience here during our stay at the hotel. Our dinner was one of the top highlights of our 5 day stay. The dinner and dessert were absolutely delicious- I loved the lobster ravioli. Our server George made everything even better. When we couldn’t decide what to eat, he provided descriptions of the meals and he was super attentive and friendly and made our night. Brunch was fantastic as well!
