Love the quick service and the way they called my name in Spanish ????.Kiosk order got me a free ice cream fudge Sunday ????.

Excellent customer service! I am shocked at the level of care and concern the manager gave us when 1 item on our order was wrong and I called to complain. The manager immediately answered the phone which is a rare occurrence in Miami Beach and immediately offered to replace our food and pay for the meal. All the food received was fresh and hot. It’s nice to see employees on the beach with such a great attitude.

The only ome I go to. They dropped the ball today. They gave me soda cup instead of the onion rings I asked for.
Quickly rectified with a smile. My namesake, Kelly is too cool.

Awesome food, very friendly staff members, consistently excellent atmosphere. They charge affordable rates and the food quality is awesome. Keep it up.

The Famous Impossible Burger. But I'm not convinced that this is it. My Sister's restaurant carries The Impossible Burger, I am very familiar with it. It does have a surprising familiarity to meat. But the color and taste and texture is different. I'm a 35 year vegetarian so if I taste meat, I know it's meat. Maybe somebody just threw on a regular burger... I don't expect an employee to care whether or not they put a meat Patty out or not. Very disappointed but I was too tired to go back.
