Miami Spice 2019: We made reservations at 9:45 on a Friday and to our surprise, they had a mini show going on and a DJ playing in the courtyard. The DJ was incredible playing a great mix of house and top 40 EDM-remixed music (sounds lame but we all agreed its what we wish we would hear at clubs these days).

Onto the food... spectacular. The truffle dumplings were the perfect size with the right amount of filling and the truffle taste was just enough to not be too overpowering. The fried salmon was in this sweet and spicy tamarind sauce that really enhanced the flavors of the steamed veggies and the fish itself. The experience was excellent overall.

We were seated close to the DJ booth and the music was very loud for a dinner but that was the only minor complaint we had.

Highly recommend: fried salmon, truffle dumplings, tuna appetizer were all hits at our table.

The decor at Jaya was beautiful... Asian but not a tacky touristy Asian theme. Rather it was well melded notes of dark wood here, lower seating there, and touches of reds. The service was on point, Milo was the main part of our wait staff who pleasantly accommodated the needs of six very demanding women. Because Miami Spice is in full swing we choose from the prix fixe menu. I had calamari for my appetizer, lamb chops for my entree and molten sesame tart with blueberry yuzu sherbet for dessert. All the food was fantastic. The manager also came over to our table and was so engaging... hospitality at its finest! Of the six women there was not one complaint!

Dined here twice in Aug/Sept 2014. Absolutely stunning hotel. Fantastic dining experiences. Service was outstanding. Food was amazing. Would definitely dine here again when back in MIA .

We went in for lunch and the service was great. The design is amazing, great for relaxing and hanging out. The food was just ok. Pad Thai needs more flavor. But the fried rice is great (though oily). If you walk pass the 3 pools, there's a restaurant almost on the beach with more seafood options.
