Kalamata Mediterranean Cuisine

I absolutely love the food here! The service is incredible. The staff is incredibly attentive and super friendly. I eat at Kalamata weekly and I recommended all my friends that live in Miami Beach.

Such a beautiful restaurant with incredible service and fresh food. The owner comes from another, well known Mediterranean spot a few blocks north of this one and he brought the absolute best with him. The food and the atmosphere are just right, lively but familiar.

Shakshuka, octopus and humus are all incredible. But the Gyro is second to none. They have a decent beer and wine menu and a nice, big bar to sit at. South Beach is missing authenticity in its dining options, but this spot hits it right on the nose. Highly recommend.

Perfect for families, has vegetarian and vegan delicious and healthy options, plus great pricing for such a delicious sophisticated cuisine. The owner is the chef, so you have a guarantee on the best ingredients and care in your plate! We met him and complemented him on the fabulous plates, decor and service ( our server Mario was also exceptional!!)

It was very nice to be here. Food was very very very good and tasty. Price is also very affordable and acceptable. I would Absolutely definitely for 100% recommend here ????

This place. And the people. And the baklava. Seriously.

The chef is from Turkey so you know it's legit, and told me how he cares about the food and quality so even the chicken is free range.

It just opened and is spotless and some incredible unique touches. The menu is evolving and what I had was delicious....and homemade bread and baklava really bring it home!

The manager is awesome and since I was sitting at the bar brought me the remote in case I wanted to watch some sports (see photo!)

Everyone is just really concerned about making sure everyone has a good, authentic and tasty experience. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with my expectations being well exceeded.
