Kanoli

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly, kind, fun and the food is delicious! The General manager, Barbara, was so attentive during our whole visit making sure we had what we needed and made sure we were good all the way around. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I came here today for my birthday. The general manager, Barbara was nothing but AMAZING!!!! I loved her!!! Her energy is amazing!!!! The whole staff and place was amazing! Aasim worked with us and was amazing as well!!! The hookah guy, was also AMAZING! They sang happy birthday to me and gave me a birthday celebration during my time there eating and drinking…. 5/5 amazing.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Ocean and Kanoli was the first place we ate at! Let me tell you, the food, the staff, and the ambiance was a vibe! Service was Top Tier!!! Please come here! The best lobster bisque and hookah I ever had! The drinks were buy one get one and were soooo good! I will definitely make this a place to come whenever I come to Miami!!!! Not to mention is you stay at the hotel, you get 20% off your bill!!!!

Really nice place for having breakfast. The food looks and tastes good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The music is nice and not so loud as it is at other places on ocean drive. There is enough space between the tables „so you do not have to share your food with other guests“

It is hard to review the hotel without including the restaurant. They are independent but intertwined. First this is South Beach if you want quiet book somewhere else. Be prepared. We brought a white noise machine, ear plugs and sheets to black out the windows( not needed but good to have). The room was perfect spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent. Housekeeping was efficient, if not a little too much. The front desk was great. We didn’t go much more than a couple of blocks either way but most chill environment on the strip. The only negatives is the hotel doesn’t have signage on the street and the shower is engineered poorly( it wakes you up nicely but if you don’t have long arms prepare to get shocked). Kanoli is great. The service is top of the line. Food is great, drinks are strong. Murat is absolutely the best manager/lead I’ve seen here. Constantly moving and taking care of the everyone. The Seafood tower was amazing make sure you are on the strip when you order it, and share with passersby’s.
