La Mulata | Cuban Restaurant in Miami Beach

Honestly I loved this place. The service was quick from sitting down to ordering to receiving food. The food itself? Awesome. The smoothies were what I wanted although the passion fruit one was a bit too sweet for me personally but the house potatoes and the bacon (I ordered extra crispy and they delivered) was awesome.

The food was very, very good! We had the red snapper and it was very fresh and super flavorful. Our waitress Sandra was AMAZING! Very attentive, sweet and accommodating. I recommend asking for her when you visit. I give La Malata a 10/10 I have 0 complaints!

Great service from Jennifer! She was friendly and gave me a great recommendation for the paella. Paella was delicious and HUGE! If you want to eat around South Beach, come here and ask for Jennifer to serve you.

I booked La Mulata Cuban restaurant for a family wedding welcome party. I had 55 people attend and Victor and his crew did everything to honor my requests to make this a fun and memorable experience for all. They were
Ready for us when I arrived with my centerpieces already on the tables. My friends and family were talking about how great the food was for the entire weekend of festivities. The food looked and tasted spectacular! The bar was well staffed and made wonderful specialty drinks. The atmosphere was so Miami! The restaurant is bright and colorful. It was the hit of the weekend and met my every expectation. May I say, my expectations can be high! Thank you to the staff for making this party an event that my family will remember for years to come. The hostess (forgot her name) was attentive and accommodating. She had us covered! Always checking in with me and my guests.

Incredible experience at La Mulata! We were looking for a good Cuban food restaurant and we found it! Emily was our server for the night, she was so pleasant and always checking on us to make sure that we were happy with our food and made sure we were all having fun! We ordered multiple dishes and they all tasted delicious!!!! Our favourite dish was the Caribbean Octopus. Music and ambience was excellent! We can’t wait to come back 🙌
