The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. The attention to detail and top notch products speak for themselves. I had heard many good things but my expectations were far exceeded. I will definitely be back again. If you go, you definitely have to try the Whiskey Sour as well. I haven't had one this good in a long time.

The most spectacular food experience in Miami! My friends surprised me by taking me there to celebrate my birthday and I enjoyed every single bite. Chef Sebastian and the staff treated us incredibly, truly making it remarkable. This place will be at the top of my recommendations for friends and family.

One of the best and most memorable omakase experiences of my life. I have been to Masa in New York many times and Nossa can easily go head to head with them. Besides the taste and the artistic presentation of the food, the ambience is unlike any other omakase experiences. Chef Sebastian is engaging and has many great stories to share. By the end of the evening many of the guests were exchanging phone numbers and became friends!!?

WOW! This is hands down the best nigiri and Omasake experience that I‘ve experienced in Miami and also one of the best I’ve experienced in ANY city.

Chef Sebastian truly cares about the guest experience and the food that he serves. The quality of the food was outstanding! Chef Sebastian is fun, engaging, and extremely talented.

Made it to Nossa for date night and the experience was incredible!! Such a great adventure from beginning to end.

Starting off the evening with a hidden path to the secret entrance, onto flavorful well balanced cocktails while waiting for dinner; aka the main of the event of the night. Once seated, the magic began! I won’t go into full detail about the food so everyone encounters the wonderful salivating bites. The entire staff made the night feel effortless as they were floating around ensuring our area was ready for the next plate. Chef and owner, Sebastien did a great job selecting his team. This place is a hidden gem & definitely a different omakase experience. Thank you, we’ll return soon!
