Simply Amazing! Silverlake is a true hidden GEM. The food is 5 star quality, the staff is warm and welcoming and the ambiance is like a crafty restaurant, you can tell a great deal of thought went into it. Doesn't seem like it gets crazy packed which is good if you want a very nice chill dinner, so reservations aren't always required. My partner and I recently tried their Sunday brunch and it's amazing! Didn't think we would find such a good place.
There is street parking in front of the restaurant, as well as on the side streets, they offer indoor and outdoor dining options.
Their burger is fire, the truffle fries are amazing and for brunch the French toast is a must.
Amazing ambiance. Very quick and friendly service. But I have to say, they served the best chicken I ever had. Yes, the chicken. Seasoned to perfection with delicious roasted potatoes and caramelized onions.
I think that's the best meal I've had in Miami in 3 years. Great service, everything was reasonably priced. A simple menu with a lot of delicious options made with top quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. I would describe the food as contemporary Californian with European influence.
Allegedly the menu is designed and cooked by a winner from America's top chef. I didn't get to meet the chef but I gave my compliments to him through our server
A truly hidden gem in Normandy Isle. A friend took me there 10 days ago when the restaurant wasn't officially open. They were doing a test run and they agreed to accommodate us as long as we understood they were not officially open for business. The food and wine were out of this world and the service outstanding.
I took my wife last night and we were both blown away. Cozy ambiance, delicious food and great wine. That was expected from my last visit. What was even more amazing was the service. One attendant greeted us and took our initial drink and appetizer order, a second server took our main meal and a third recommended best desserts. It was so seamless that it felt like only one individual took care of us. The way they work as a team in perfect synchrony is something we have never seen before. Now that's what I call teamwork. Compliments to them and the chef. We would recommend Silverlake Bistro to all our friends and family and we will definitely go back to try all the new items on the menu.
Had another wonderful dinner last night with friends at this local gem! Great restaurant, innovative menu, attentive staff. Well chosen, delectable wine list. Sandy and Ben (same owners of La Fresa Francesa) will make sure you have an excellent dining experience!
