    Hotel was lovely, seemed new! Great condition. Kudos to the designer who engineered the shower so the controls are in a position to operate without getting soaking wet!

    Felix was the best employee the Betsy has! Helped us with our bags, went above and beyond in trying to find a Mac charger (we left at home) , gave us water for the beach. was a font of information regarding hotel history, and more. He was the friendly man at the door when we came and went, and enhanced our stay with his welcoming smile and his way of making us feel like VIPs!

    Front desk very short staffed, and Felix was quick/eager to jump in to see what we needed so we didn’t wait in line!

    The Betsy Hotel has a lot of character. It is an older building with all the contemporary amenities we have come to expect in the 21st century. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Although all of the employees were extremely personable and professional, Travis and Juan were particularly helpful and went above and beyond. The two gentlemen working at the hotel lobby bar on Saturday and Sunday evening also went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names. I will definitely be returning to the Betsy and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

    My, my, my... Has The Betsy Ross changed since I first went. The decor and design are modern. There is a lounge area with a piano. The restaurant is inside now. The manager was extremely nice and definitely had a great experience. Great find!

    Once we arrived I felt so comfortable & treated with care. This was our second stay & liked it even more. It is casually elegant & people are very friendly & happy to please you. Breakfasts were delicious with everything freshly made.The popovers are fabulous!. Dinners were so wonderful at LT steakhouse right off the hotel lobby. Drinks were so good crafted by Max at the bar. Rooftop pool is inviting & water warm to truly enjoy. So ready to return.

    Went to The Betsy for breakfast for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The menu did not offer a large selection but the choices were good. The breakfast sandwich I highly recommend. And, someone at the table next to us ordered the fruit dish and it looked amazing!
