Wokka

Ate here a few nights ago with a friend and could not have made a better choice for dining. The ambiance of Wokka is smooth and delicate. The food is affordable and delicious. Eli, the chef and his wife (the hostess/server) welcome you with a pleasantry like an old friend but remaining true to the business. I walked in with questions about their menu and what I should order and they guided me through the assortment of ingredients that were described clearly to me; tantalizing me as I read each one, causing me wanting to add another and another. If you're ever walking by this place or are in the area, take a look for yourself and experience this wonderful restaurant.

When I first got to this place, it was totally empty, which made me doubt. Once I was ordering the chef made great comments about my choice of sauce. He explained to me why my it might not be a good combination of flavors, which I appreciate it. He helped find the right sauce based on my taste.
My rice noodles and steak plate was very tasty. I'm glad to have taken his suggestions.
Also, this place has very reasonable prices and big portions

AMAZING FOOD ???? First time in Miami my boyfriend and I wanted to try something different. Drive around for 30+ minutes on South beach , came across Eli who happens to be the phenomenal chef and couldn't of been more satisfied ! Freshly cooked to order HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Udo noodles, shrimp, steak, bell peppers, onions, fried garlic, cabbage, carrots and 15 other ingredients tossed in a garlic pepper sauce ???????? THANK YOU ELI ???? check him out

Eli is a very personable owner who caters to your individual taste. He asks questions to make your eating experience more enjoyable. I had shrimp with yellow curry coconut milk. I highly recommend this dish and eating establishment.

This spot was recommended by Christina in the shop a few doors down. We stopped and looked at the menu but couldn’t decide. Eli came over and with one question about what flavor we like he prepared two completely different yet delicious meals! We were amazed and wanted more. So much that we brought my children back the very next day.
Again, delicious! One happy family! It’s a must!
My daughter (11) says it was delicious, I’d come here everyday. My son replied perfect after eating half the bowl, he hadn’t said anything since the first bite. After finishing the entire bowl. He complimented the chef’s ability to change his choice and make it better.
So flavorful the taste just lasts in your mouth forever and you don’t want to eat anything else. Just suck your mouth for 20 minutes after...and smokers you won’t even want a cigarette after, it’ll mess up the flavor.-Brooke
