Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

The food was great very popular. A lot of people were there on the Saturday. There were inexpensive items. Good customer service. You can sit and eat.

Came across this place while having my cars oil changed locally at same shopping center. Most of the locals in area were saying it's great for lunch, so loving Jamaican and island food so much decided to try it. Noticed when I first came in that there was a huge line during lunch our but having been told it was good decided to wait.

They have good lunch specials, which you can select only chicken, so I assume that's why there always crowded. You can never walk in and go straight to the counter and select your food, the line is always at the door or curving around on the inside. They need a bigger location or more help to serve the customers. My only issue is the wait time, but the food is good. Don't take toddlers, because they get antsy and restless with the wait.

If you like spicy Jamaican food such as Jerk Chicken, Curry Goat, and other Jamaican specialties then this is great restaurant for you. It also has very good bakery featuring all kinds of Caribbean breads, buns and cakes. The food was excellent! Its a very busy little restaurant but it's probably because the food is so good. The only thing I did not like is that you could only choose from three items when you ordered the ox-tails. You should be able to choose from any of the sides when spending that much money!
