As most pizza efficianodos knows- There are four must have characteristics to a great pizza. The pull of the cheese on each bite, the crispy crust outside and pillowy bread on the inside, the sauce and the toppings. When you crave their pizza the next day and become a repeat customer, you know their doing something right.
