    Food is pretty good, a little greasy but better than most fast-food restaurants I only feel they need some help on the customer service end. I had no issues, however the friendliness and customer service approach is not great, keep up the work ????

    I went through the drive-thru for a Shake because they are so so delicious and my bank card declined, but there was money in my acct. Long story short, someone paid for my shake. It was a very kind gesture(Wow! Who does this!) and I have to give all stars because not only that, but everyone was professional and kind and friendly and the service was great, no complaints with this Sonics... I've been back since to repay this person but they were not there. I love those shakes so I'll be back.
